The solution combines insight from these institutions with our experience dating back to 2006.

Staff can track which students are eligible for diplomas and when different diplomas should be issued.
All diploma templates follow recommendations from UHR (Universities Norway) and the Council for Vocational Colleges and include the Diploma Supplement in accordance with regulations for universities, colleges, and higher vocational education.
Communication
The messaging module in StuddWeb provides students and applicants with a secure and efficient communication channel with the institution. The system ensures structured dialogue linked to relevant cases, preventing important information from being lost. Messages can be sent and received directly within the platform, and users receive notifications to ensure timely follow-ups.
For institutions, the messaging module offers flexibility, allowing staff to contact individual students or dynamic groups based on location, study progress, campus, status, or other criteria. The module can also support SMS notifications, making it easier to reach students with important messages quickly and effectively.
StuddWeb is the student and applicant portal for Studd, where they can manage applications, attachments, registration, academic progress, and exams.
Students can view and approve their education plan, easily access relevant information, and use necessary functions. The platform provides a clear and user-friendly way to track studies, manage contact information, and stay organized. Additionally, the built-in messaging module allows direct and secure communication with the institution.
With Studd as your student administration system, you have a single source for all required reporting data. The system consolidates all necessary information for DBH/DBH-F reporting, though submission must be done manually through the DBH interface.
Studd provides an overview of relevant data and assists institutions in retrieving necessary reports as deadlines approach.

Studd offers a Public API for synchronizing information about students, academic programs, and admissions with institutional websites.
The API provides easy access to up-to-date data, ensuring information is always accurate and aligned with what is registered in Studd.
The following modules can be added to Studd as needed. All modules can be customized or tailored upon agreement.
This module enables integration between Studd and the most commonly used LMS platforms, such as Canvas, itslearning, and Moodle.
Integration with other LMS platforms can be developed upon request.
Studd supports the import of application data from centralized admission systems while also managing local admissions. This provides a complete overview of applicants and simplifies the admissions process for institutions.
Studd integrates with national student loan systems, automatically reporting student status (NUT) and credit production (PROD). This ensures that student progress and status are always up to date without requiring manual login and registration in external portals.
Studd supports the transfer of diploma data to external diploma verification platforms, including grade records for all valid grades. This allows students to easily share complete and updated results with potential employers and educational institutions.
This module enables students to use the Studd ID app, available for download on Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS).
The app verifies active student status with the institution and displays the student’s photo along with relevant details typically found in a digital student ID.
This module extends the built-in messaging system in Studd to include SMS notifications. Institutions have full flexibility to filter and target specific student groups, ensuring messages reach the right recipients quickly and efficiently.
This module allows institutions to define semester and tuition fees based on study progression in Studd and link them to the relevant students.
The invoicing data can be exported as CSV or JSON for further processing in financial or billing systems. The module can be customized to allow direct import or integration with relevant systems.

The following modules are either under development or planned, with no set release date.
All customers are invited to regular user forums where we share updates on progress, planned modules, and gather input and feedback from users.
We are conducting a major upgrade of the technological framework behind Studd.
The result will be a faster, more responsive system with significant improvements in development speed, new features, refinements to existing functionality, and bug fixes.
All customers will be automatically upgraded to the new framework at no additional cost by the end of 2025.

Starting in the Fall 2025 semester, all customers using older or legacy versions of Studsys’ student administration system will be migrated to Studd.

This module enables secure access to personally sensitive data for internal analysis and reporting.

Sanctions
This module allows institutions to manage local sanctions with the option to connect to national sanction registries, such as the Register for Expelled Students (RUST).
Due to legal and regulatory requirements, integration with RUST will only be available for universities and university colleges.

This module allows applicants and students to use BankID or other digital signature solutions to securely sign study agreements and other important documents where electronic signing is required.
